We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Realm Chess membership (Gold or Ruby), you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed through our secure payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund, contact our support team with the email address on your account and we'll process it back to your original payment method.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Premium page or through the "Manage or cancel membership" button. When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for — cancelling stops the next renewal, it doesn't end your access immediately.
